A Polyurethane system that is suitable to form complexed shapes in one impression. And widely used to produce pillows, mattresses, arm-rests, armchairs and sofas.
Also known as flexible foam, this polyurethane system is made with thermostatic molds, offering varying levels of softness and good mechanical performance. The alternative method – slab stock foam – requires elaborate and onerous cut&paste work.
This system can position inserts inside the mold before the injection of foam (support frames for final assembly, reinforcing elastic straps and much more).
The molds are made of resin or metal, equipped with thermostatic temperature control, at temperatures between 40 and 50 ° C.
This system uses high or low pressure dosing machines (Saip equipment).
Densities from 50 to 80 kg/m³.
In line with our company philosophy, we do not offer isocyanates containing TDI, instead using environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials.

how it’s made
The realisation of components involves some phases to prepare the mold with special products, later the resin that will shape the product is injected through a dosing machine.
