The polyurethane systems, divided into two categories “Rigid” and “Flexible”, allow producing objects having convoluted shapes and technical structures with remarkable benefits in terms of economy, ease of use and above all environment respect.

Epoxy resin or silicone molds, assuring a high quality final product with the benefit of reduced costs to realize them, are used for the production.
Also foaming machines (Saip Equipment) and plants have reduced costs compared to other technology for cold molding.

The production with polyurethane resins offers a great advantage in reduction of waste and speeds the production cycle compared to the traditional processing procedures.

Any processing following molding, cut, drilling are carried out using standard tools and they do not need particular equipment, this is a further advantage characterizing the production of polyurethane resin items.

Also painting and decoration of objects (DIP-PRINT) created using polyurethane systems are carried out with standard finishing products, that can be processed through our DIP-PRINT technology.
